I went on a bike trip to Kannur with my best buddy in the month of February 2016. We visited the Kannur Lighthouse during this trip. Visitors were allowed to visit the top of the lighthouse. To reach to the top, we had to climb a spiral staircase.

I always get mesmerised by winding structures of spiral staircases. When I stepped in from the entry door of the lighthouse tower, I saw a staircase in front of me. As I looked up to gauge the height, a beautiful pattern of the staircase was visible. It was a mesmerizing spiral structure and couldn’t resist to capture it using my Go Pro Hero 3+ camera. Visitor’s chatter was echoing through the tower and sea breeze noise was acting as a soft background.

    1. Ohh is it !! Kannur is really amazing! It has so many untouched and unspoilt attractions and beaches. I would recommend you to visit the light-house before it gets closed for the visitors. The only reason for the open access, I guess, was extremely less number of visitors. I’m glad that you liked the photo.
